Signet Jewelers is seeking a Tech Modernization Manager to lead application modernization across the enterprise, addressing end-of-life OS and database resources while aligning technical strategy with business goals. You will define a strategic roadmap, drive AI-first modernization using Signet’s AI platforms, guide cross-functional teams, and monitor metrics to report business impact.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field required.
- 8+ years in application modernization, infrastructure, or related technical roles.
- 3+ years in a leadership role managing technical teams and projects.
- Proven experience with remediation of end-of-life resources and legacy systems.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, cloud migration, and modernization best practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute modernization roadmaps and strategies for applications and infrastructure.
- Identify, prioritize, and remediate end-of-life resources (OS, databases, etc.).
- Drive the utilization of Gen AI technologies to complete tech modernization activities while reporting on the business outcome and impact.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver modernization projects aligned with business goals.
- Monitor progress, report on modernization metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
