Banyan Software invites a founder to launch an AI-native company inside our portfolio. As an Entrepreneur in Residence, you will stand up product, team, GTM, and culture from a blank slate, leveraging Banyan's domain knowledge and customer relationships to reach initial revenue.

This is a founder role, not a corporate project. You will own the outcomes with full accountability for product, growth, and financial performance, while supported by Banyan's central resources and the operating

Qualifications

• Zero-to-one experience: you've taken a product from $0 to meaningful initial revenue (~$1M ARR).
• Builder mindset with hands-on engineering and product strategy.
• AI-native thinker: build AI-first products and delivery models from day one.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Banyan and a portfolio company to identify and validate a high-conviction AI-native product opportunity adjacent to core business.
• Stand up a new company from the ground up: product, team, go-to-market, and culture, AI-first from day one.
• Drive product toward meaningful recurring revenue using partner relationships and data assets.
