Banyan Software is seeking an Entrepreneur in Residence to build AI-native companies from within its portfolio. You will stand up a new venture, owning product, growth, and financial outcomes, with equity and operating support from Banyan and partner businesses.

This founder role emphasizes ownership, urgency, and hands-on execution to move from $0 to initial revenue while leveraging Banyan's resources and domain expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience taking a product from 0 to meaningful initial revenue (≈$1M ARR).
• Hands-on engineering mindset with product strategy focus.
• Ability to operate with urgency and ownership in uncertain environments.
• Familiarity with AI-native product development and delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Identify and validate a high-conviction AI-native product opportunity adjacent to Banyan's core business.
• Stand up a new company: product, team, go-to-market, and culture, AI-first from day one.
• Drive product from $0 toward meaningful recurring revenue using partner assets.
• Build lean; deliver a sellable product with limited team size.
• Own venture product, growth, and financial performance with accountability.
• Collaborate with leadership of the operating company and Banyan central team.
