Greenway Health is seeking an AI-native software engineer to transform our development process into an AI-first model. You will use AI tools as a primary development partner to translate requirements into working software while maintaining quality, security, and production readiness.

The ideal candidate writes precise prompts, designs AI-driven tasks, generates substantial initial solutions with AI, and then validates output for accuracy and security.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with production-grade apps.
• Experience using AI coding tools or large language models for development.
• Ability to write precise prompts and evaluate AI-generated outputs critically.

Responsibilities

• Use AI-assisted tools to generate, test, document, and improve software solutions.
• Convert requirements into technical prompts, plans, and acceptance criteria.
• Generate 80–90% of initial solution drafts with AI, then review and refine.
