Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an AI-focused software developer to advance our AI-assisted coding workflow. You will build internal tools and templates that accelerate development and improve quality through automation, tests, and rapid iteration.

You will mentor peers in adopting AI-first practices, collaborate across teams, and implement automation tools such as coding assistants to boost productivity while upholding engineering standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with software development.
• Experience with coding assistants and agents like Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-assisted development workflows and automation tools to accelerate delivery.
• Build internal tools, templates, and automation to standardize processes and improve quality.
• Leverage AI tools and agents to enhance coding, testing, and debugging efficiency.
• Mentor peers in adopting AI-first development practices and champion rapid, user-centered development.
• Apply iterative development practices to deliver product features quickly and reliably.
• Ensure adherence to engineering standards while reducing development time.
