Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced AI software engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled enterprise solutions. You will work with product and data science teams to translate requirements into scalable software using Python and modern AI frameworks.

The role emphasizes secure, maintainable code, CI/CD pipelines, and collaboration across engineering disciplines to deliver high-impact AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, ML, Data Science, or related field.
• Typically 3–5 years of professional software development experience, including enterprise or AI-enabled software.
• Experience with Python and one or more languages such as Java, C#, C++, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI APIs, Azure OpenAI, or Amazon Bedrock.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain AI-enabled software apps, ML services, APIs, and enterprise solutions.
• Develop software leveraging AI, ML, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and other AI capabilities to improve processes and UX.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, Engineering, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Implement high-quality, secure software following standards.
