Job summary

Green Irony in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a senior engineer to own solutions end to end—discovery through architecture, build, and delivery—across integrations, data, services, and infrastructure. You will work with AI agents daily, directing, reviewing, and refining AI-produced code while aligning with client needs and delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

Proven strong software engineering foundation with emphasis on performance and quality.
Hands-on integration experience across API-led, event-driven systems.
Direct experience with AI tools/agents in engineering workflows.
Secure coding practices and vulnerability management as standard practice.
Cloud experience (AWS or Azure) with IAM, serverless, and IaC.
Architectural decision-making scope from discovery to delivery.
Ability to translate client problems into concrete technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end technical solutions from discovery through architecture, build and delivery.
Design and build integrations across MuleSoft, Salesforce, and AI tooling.
Work daily with AI agents to review, refine, and harden AI-generated code.
Translate ambiguous client needs into clear architectural plans and deliverables.
Lead client-facing discovery and solutioning to align on technical outcomes.
