Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-driven reliability engineering strategy and incident response.
• Redesign the incident lifecycle using AI to improve incident management.
• Create AI agents to automate on-call response processes.
• Collaborate with product engineering to implement AI-assisted workflows.
• Architect services for resilience and identify potential weak points.
• Mentor engineers on reliability practices and AI integration.
