Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
• 2-5 years of SDET or quality engineering experience with AI-assisted testing exposure.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and modern testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript for automation code.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright or Selenium for UI/API testing.
• Experience using LLMs or AI assistants to accelerate testing or defect analysis.
• CI/CD experience including triaging, stabilizing, and improving build and deployment workflows.
• Knowledge of database querying and log/anomaly analysis with AI observability.

Responsibilities

• Champion an AI-first testing culture by integrating AI/ML tools into test design and execution.
• Accelerate test authoring and improve coverage using AI-assisted tools.
• Generate test cases from requirements and acceptance criteria with AI assistance.
• Apply AI-driven visual testing and self-healing automation to reduce flakiness.
• Use AI-based observability to identify patterns before failures in production/testing.
• Contribute to API/integration testing, UI automation, and code quality tooling with AI support.
• Diagnose CI/CD issues and speed up triage and resolution.
• Share knowledge through workshops on AI testing tools and techniques.
