Job summary

Elastic is seeking an AI-forward Product Designer to shape intuitive, responsive experiences for a global B2B eCommerce platform. You will own the end-to-end design process, leveraging AI-powered tools to accelerate exploration and deliver polished interfaces across regions and languages.

You will collaborate with product managers and engineers, contribute to a scalable design system, and maintain high design standards in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design or product design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout and reusable components.
• Experience with AI-powered design tools and prototyping.
• Experience designing responsive web apps across devices for B2B environments.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
• Experience contributing to or building design systems and component libraries.
• Ability to write detailed design specs and collaborate with engineers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to design for international audiences across languages and regions.
• Independent, organized, and capable of prioritizing multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design using Figma from user flows to high-fidelity screens.
• Create accessible and consistent experiences across mobile, tablet, and desktop.
• Integrate AI-powered tools to accelerate ideation and prototyping.
• Research users and translate findings into design improvements.
• Develop and evolve the design system and documentation.
• Produce design specifications for engineering handoff.
• Collaborate with product and engineering throughout the lifecycle.
• Communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders.
• Manage multiple design projects with attention to quality and timelines.
