Job summary

4M Analytics is building an AI-driven product to map subsurface infrastructure and enable utilities to manage risk more effectively. The role blends classic product management with hands-on AI building, working closely with utility owner customers and leadership to define and execute a market-ready product strategy.

You will prototype rapidly using AI tools, validate concepts with customers, and hand what works to engineering for production, shaping a new growth area under the VP Product.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of PM or management consulting in B2B SaaS, data, or AI-native company.

Responsibilities

• Live in the market to understand pain points and workflows.
• Map market opportunities into a scalable product roadmap and strategy.
• Define the winning strategy for the Utility Owners segment with leadership.
• Prototype with AI tools to create working Alpha concepts quickly.
• Translate ideas to production with Engineering and drive handoffs.
• Define success metrics for adoption and revenue in the segment.
• Acquire fluency in civil infrastructure, damage-prevention, and regulatory context.
