eMoney Advisor seeks an SVP of Development and Enterprise Architecture to lead the engineering organization into an AI-first, platform-driven, and product-centric ecosystem. This leader will redefine how software is built, delivered, and operated by embedding AI, automation, and data intelligence across the entire software development lifecycle.

Reporting to the Head of Technology, you will define architecture and platform strategy, scale a global team, and partner with Product and business

Qualifications

15+ years leading large-scale engineering and architecture teams.
Proven track record delivering enterprise-grade platforms in regulated environments.
Deep expertise in microservices, APIs, cloud-native and event-driven systems.
Hands-on AI/ML experience and integration in products.
Experience driving DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering transformations.

Responsibilities

Define and evolve enterprise architecture vision across applications, data, and AI layers.
Lead platform engineering to enable self-service and developer acceleration.
Oversee AI integration patterns, governance, and security for responsible use.
Lead global engineering teams to deliver high-quality products with velocity.
Partner with Product and Strategy to align investments with business outcomes.
Champion built-in quality with CI/CD and IaC, and drive modernization.
Influence executives by translating technology strategy into business value.
