You will work with CEIT to translate requirements, define the AI-first roadmap, and drive transformation with a strong focus on data architecture, security, and ROI. The role emphasizes collaboration and responsible AI adoption in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business solution architecture or related roles.
• Experience with AI/automation in business contexts, including familiarity with LLMs or intelligent automation.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills across business and technical audiences.
• Experience bridging People/HR systems with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect People solutions and bridge business-technology collaboration.
• Define the AI-first strategic roadmap for People systems and data architecture.
• Develop comprehensive business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Lead AI-enabled transformation across People and ensure regulatory and security alignment.
• Partner with Security, Legal, and Compliance to safeguard employee data.
