Cognizant is seeking an AI First Engineer with deep Oracle SCM expertise to transform how Supply Chain applications are designed, developed, tested and deployed using AI enabled engineering practices. The ideal candidate will leverage AI to improve productivity and code quality across the SDLC, not just occasionally using AI tools.

The role focuses on AI powered development and modernization across Oracle SCM Cloud and Oracle EBS with measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience applying AI across the SDLC and delivering measurable outcomes.
Hands-on Oracle SCM Cloud and/or Oracle EBS experience.
Familiarity with AI assisted development and modern DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

Drive AI powered development and modernization across Oracle SCM Cloud and Oracle EBS.
Demonstrate business impact from AI adoption: faster delivery, better quality, reduced defects.
Lead AI enabled engineering practices for requirements, design, coding, testing and deployment.
Integrate AI reviews, documentation, and runbooks into CICD pipelines.
Quantify outcomes like cycle time reduction and deployment velocity.
