Job summary

Capgemini is looking for a Junior SCM Consultant to join our growing Oracle Cloud team in Atlanta. This hands-on engineering role is ideal for someone about 1 year out of school who has hands-on experience using Oracle Cloud SCM and wants to apply those skills to real enterprise systems, not just demos.

You’ll work with senior architects to design, build, and enhance Oracle Fusion integrations and PaaS‑based services, using AI-assisted development practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 1-2 years of professional or internship experience in software development.
• Hands-on experience using Oracle Cloud SCM.
• Strong curiosity about AI-assisted development & enterprise systems.
• Clear communication skills & willingness to learn in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop & enhance Oracle Fusion Cloud integrations SCM.
• Build & maintain services on Oracle Integration Cloud Oracle PaaS.
• Use Claude Code and other AI coding assistants to accelerate development, refactoring, testing, & documentation.
• Write & troubleshoot REST/SOAP integrations, data mappings, and transformations.
• Support API-based integrations between Oracle Fusion & external systems.
• Assist with POCs, MVPs, & automation initiatives leveraging AI-enabled development workflows.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint ceremonies, & design discussions.
