Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an AI First Engineer with deep Oracle SCM expertise to transform how Supply Chain applications are designed, developed, tested, deployed and supported through AI-enabled engineering practices.

The role drives AI powered development across Oracle SCM Cloud and Oracle EBS, focusing on measurable business outcomes such as reduced development cycle times, improved code quality, and faster deployments. Experience with PL/SQL, Java, and modern AI tooling is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle SCM Cloud and/or Oracle EBS.
• Proven track record applying AI across the SDLC (requirements to deployment).
• Ability to quantify business outcomes from AI adoption (cycle time, quality, deployment speed).
• Familiarity with AI tooling used in software engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• AI Fueled Software Engineering Across the SDLC.
• Apply AI enabled engineering practices throughout all phases of the software lifecycle.
• AI driven requirements analysis and design with BRDs and user stories.
• AI driven code generation, refactoring and modernization across Oracle stack.
