Pacer Group seeks an experienced AI-First Engineer in the Supply Chain Technology Department in Atlanta to transform how supply chain applications are designed, developed, tested, and supported through AI-enabled engineering practices.

The role tackles complex productivity, code quality, and delivery speed challenges across Oracle SCM Cloud and Oracle EBS, applying AI, LLMs, and automated testing within the SDLC.

Qualifications

POSITION OVERVIEW

Seeking an experienced AI-First Engineer within the Supply Chain Technology Department reporting to the Director of Enterprise Architecture to transform how Supply Chain applications are designed, developed, tested, and supported through AI-enabled engineering practices. This role solves complex productivity, code quality, and delivery speed challenges across Oracle SCM Cloud and Oracle EBS platforms.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Apply AI-enabled engineering practices throughout the SDLC to drive development, modernization, and continuous improvement initiatives across Oracle SCM Cloud and Oracle EBS applications.
• Leverage AI and LLM technologies to analyze business requirements, generate technical designs, conduct fit-gap analyses, and accelerate quarterly Oracle Cloud upgrade impact assessments.
• Utilize GitHub Copilot, Oracle Code Assist, and Agentic AI frameworks to accelerate code generation, optimization, refactoring, and integration development across PL/SQL, Java, and OIC.
• Build AI-powered testing strategies for automated test case generation, test data creation, regression testing, and predictive quality insights.
• Integrate AI-assisted code reviews, static code scanning, security analysis, and deployment automation into CI/CD pipelines to measure and improve delivery outcomes.
