Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior leader in MarTech and digital experience architecture to guide AI-first transformations for our clients. You will drive cloud migrations, Adobe Experience Manager and Platform initiatives, and scale complex migrations across on‑premises and cloud environments, while delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in MarTech or digital experience architecture.
• 5+ years leading technical delivery in a consulting or agency environment.
• Hands-on expertise across one or more enterprise marketing platforms: Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, AEP, Campaign), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Oracle Eloqua.
• Strong foundation in data architecture: modeling, integration patterns, API design, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Demonstrated ability to translate client business goals into end-to-end technical solutions — across people, process, and technology.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a global delivery model.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-focused digital transformation leadership with an AI-first lens and manage cloud migrations and Adobe technology implementations.
• Architect scalable, secure cloud-based solutions for large-scale migrations and integrations.
• Lead and manage complex content and system migrations to cloud platforms (GCP, AWS).
• Provide deep expertise in AEM, AEM Assets, and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Stay current on AI capabilities and translate into practical use cases for marketing, data, and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with clients to identify business challenges and deliver measurable value.
