Qualifications

• 8+ years in MarTech, CRM, or digital experience architecture, with at least 5 years leading technical delivery in a consulting or agency environment.
• Hands-on expertise across one or more enterprise marketing platforms — Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, AEP, Campaign), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Oracle Eloqua.
• Experience designing and governing Customer Data Platform solutions, including identity resolution, unified customer profiles, and real-time activation on platforms such as Adobe RTCDP or Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Strong foundation in data architecture: modeling, integration patterns, API design, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Demonstrated ability to translate client business goals into end-to-end technical solutions — across people, process, and technology
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a global delivery model

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-first digital transformation engagements and map ROI before solutions.
• Architect scalable cloud-based migration and integration designs.
• Oversee complex content and system migrations to cloud platforms.
• Provide deep Adobe tech expertise (AEM/AEP) across on-prem and cloud.
• Stay current on AI capabilities and translate into practical use cases.
• Drive client value delivery and measure transformation success.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of projects on time and budget.
• Lead cross-functional teams onshore and offshore.
• Support business development with proposals and RFPs.
