• 8‑10+ years of hands‑on software engineering in enterprise SaaS with lead experience.
• Deep full‑stack expertise in C#, .NET, Angular, and Oracle across the stack.
• Strong Domain‑Driven Design (DDD) and CQRS experience in multi‑service apps.
• Proven ability to lead a scrum team as technical authority and delivery owner.
• AI‑first engineering mindset with hands‑on tooling experience and adoption track record.
• Experience coaching engineers and managing a small team (4–5).
• Fluent communication with client stakeholders across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical authority, set code quality bars, and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Write, review, and contribute production‑quality code across the full stack.
• Lead scrum ceremonies and unblock teammates to maintain velocity.
• Coach engineers, conduct 1:1s, and manage performance and career growth.
• Engage with clients, clarify requirements, and align work with product goals.
