Job summary

ADIP Capital is seeking an Investment Associate Intern to join their New York–based team. The role is hybrid, with 2–3 days on-site in NYC, and features a 10-week internship at 40 hours per week.

You will partner with the founding team to architect the fund’s investment framework, perform comprehensive due diligence, and drive AI-enabled automation to enhance research depth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have strong financial modeling and valuation foundations.
• Ability to translate complex data into a clear commercial narrative.
• Self-directed, founder’s mentality with execution in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop investment theses with direct partnership with the founding team.
• Lead end-to-end due diligence and synthesize data into high-conviction memos.
• Act as lead architect for AI strategy, testing and implementing automation to improve research depth and efficiency.
