Job summary

Hines is seeking an Infrastructure Program Manager in Houston, Texas. In this hybrid role, you will lead the execution of infrastructure buildouts and deployments across the global portfolio. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of IT infrastructure experience, strong technical oversight skills, and the ability to coordinate among vendors and internal teams.

You will oversee implementations across networking, servers, and other infrastructure while ensuring alignment with Hines standards. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of experience in IT Infrastructure.
• Experience leading or supporting infrastructure deployments.
• Ability to review and understand technical designs across multiple infrastructure domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate infrastructure workstreams for office buildouts.
• Oversee implementation across networking, servers, and end-user devices.
• Serve as the on-site infrastructure lead during critical phases of deployments.
