Job summary

Blend is seeking an early-career Software Engineer in Raleigh, NC to design, implement, and maintain our cloud banking platform. You will work with AI coding agents across the lifecycle, translating customer needs into scalable software and delivering end-to-end features with a focus on AI-driven development practices.

You should have a bachelor’s in CS/Engineering or equivalent, plus 1–3 years of production software experience, and be comfortable with Node.js, TypeScript, React, and databases

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years of production software experience.
• Proficiency with modern full-stack web technologies and AI-assisted coding.

Responsibilities

• Build features end-to-end across the stack, from UI to back-end services.
• Use AI coding agents daily across the software development lifecycle.
• Review, test, and harden AI-generated code for production quality.
• Collaborate with product managers and UI/UX designers on features.
