Loop is seeking a full-stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain our core products. You’ll build scalable solutions and uphold technical excellence while partnering with engineers across the team.

In Loop’s AI-first environment, you evaluate AI outputs, validate correctness, and own outcomes in production. Remote or distributed candidates are welcome; strong web skills and a commitment to quality are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years building web applications, backend services, or APIs.
• You use AI agents as your default starting point and can describe your actual workflow: plan a task, prompt an agent, evaluate output, and decide where to spend review time.
• Experience with PHP/Laravel, AWS Serverless, or Vue.js is a strong plus, but not required.
• You care about well-tested, reliable software and have worked in agile, CI/CD environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain web applications, APIs, backend services, and lambdas for the Loop product line.
• Start with the agent, not the editor; plan and articulate intent before coding.
• Review AI-generated code with rigor; ensure correctness over Plausibility.
• Include meaningful test coverage in every PR and support CI/CD health.
