Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional frontend development experience.
• Strong experience with React and Next.js.
• Good understanding of TypeScript.
• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with UI patterns and design alignment from Figma.

Responsibilities

• Build responsive applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Translate Figma designs into clean, reusable, and pixel-accurate components.
• Deliver production-ready features with strong attention to quality and usability.
• Use AI tools such as Cursor and GitHub Copilot to accelerate development.
• Leverage LLMs to generate boilerplate, improve code quality, write tests, and speed up iteration.
• Continuously improve AI-assisted engineering workflow.
• Build fast, responsive interfaces optimized for Core Web Vitals.
• Improve page performance, bundle size, and loading experience.
• Ensure consistent experiences across browsers and devices.
• Build maintainable client-side state and integrate with REST APIs and real-time services.
• Write maintainable, testable code and participate in code reviews.
• Follow secure development practices for HIPAA and SOC2 compliance.
