• 8+ years software engineering experience.
• 3+ years leading engineering teams (including managers/leads).
• Experience with AI-powered SDLC and agentic workflows.
• Experience in high-security enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead as an AI-first effort by orchestrating agents to generate specs and code while ensuring human validation.
• Stay hands-on: code, architect, prototype, and unblock difficult technical problems.
• Own end-to-end delivery of the roadmap from Product Management to deployment.
• Set architecture direction and defend technical choices for scale.
• Build and lead a high-performance, multi-country engineering team.
