Job summary

Patrianna Limited is a fast-scaling product development company with a global footprint. We seek a Senior Cloud Operations Engineer to keep our cloud platform, apps, and AI agents fast, observable, and resilient using automation and AI to make reliability everyone's default.

You will run reproducible, multi-environment infrastructure, build CI/CD pipelines, set up logs and alerts, and lead incident diagnosis while driving automated recovery and SLO-focused practices.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience with cloud operations and IaC.
• Strong incident response experience and post-mortems.
• Scripting skills and networking knowledge.
• AI-first approach to automation.

Responsibilities

• Run reproducible, multi-environment cloud infrastructure using IaC.
• Build and own CI/CD pipelines and deployment checks.
• Set up logs, metrics, traces and alerts across apps and AI agents.
• Lead incident diagnosis and recovery testing, including rollback.
• Automate repetitive ops tasks and speed up log analysis.
• Document decisions and define SLOs to align teams.
