Job summary

Beast Industries seeks a data/analytics professional to design analyses translating user behavior into product insights. You will own end-to-end A/B experiments and deliver data-driven recommendations to engineers and product teams.

Ideal candidate has 2+ years in data science or analytics, strong SQL and Python, and experience with AI-powered workflows in a fast-moving product environment.

Qualifications

• AI-Native: you're using AI tools daily to move faster, from writing queries to modeling.
• Analytical Builder: 2+ years in data science or analytics with strong SQL, Python, statistics; build tooling for repeatable analysis.
• Product Connected: translate vague questions into tractable data problems for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experimentally Rigorous: understand A/B testing principles and maintain rigor under deadlines.
• Strong SQL and Python; experience with A/B frameworks and cloud data stacks such as AWS, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute analyses turning raw user behavior into actionable product insights.
• Own A/B experiments end to end from design to interpretation and recommendations.
• Communicate findings clearly to product and engineering stakeholders.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate workflow from data exploration to insight delivery and iteration.
