Job summary

Verily is seeking a product leader for the Care Console within the Care Solutions organization. You will shape the AI-first strategy and drive execution to turn the console into a best-in-class platform for physicians, nurses, health coaches, and care teams.

You will orchestrate a cross-functional engineering squad, manage stakeholders, and balance internal and external needs to deliver scalable, reusable features that improve care delivery and patient outcomes in a regulated healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, Medicine or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years progressive product management experience.
• 3+ years provider-facing software development experience in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI-First Strategy Execution: champion an AI-first approach to build tools that scale care teams' workflows.
• Orchestrate Cross-Functional Execution: lead an engineering squad and align dozens of stakeholders across platform teams.
• Clinical Prioritization & Stakeholder Management: negotiate priorities with medical experts and health system leaders.
• Build a Unified Platform: consolidate internal and external needs into a single backlog for scalable features.
