Job summary

Mercor is seeking experienced Financial Managers to evaluate and improve cutting-edge AI-driven financial processes. You will review AI-generated financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and other artifacts to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

This role requires oversight of accounting, banking, credit, and financial planning activities across branches or departments, with a flexible schedule of 20+ hours per week for approximately 4–6 weeks.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in financial management roles such as Financial Manager, Finance Director, or similar.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Commit to 20+ hours per week for the project.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and other artifacts for quality and accuracy.
• Compare AI-generated responses on financial soundness, regulatory compliance, and analytical rigor.
• Review cash flow oversight, budgeting, pricing decisions, and financial reporting and provide expert feedback.
