Job summary

Mercor is seeking experienced Financial Managers to evaluate and improve AI-driven financial management content and workflows across branches, offices, or departments.

You will assess AI-generated budgets, forecasts, and reports for accuracy, regulatory compliance, and analytical rigor, providing expert feedback to guide financial decision-making.

Contract details: immediate start, approximately 4–6 weeks, payment task-based with potential hourly work after first task approval.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Financial Manager or closely related role.
• Experience overseeing accounting, banking, credit, insurance, securities, or financial planning at branch/office level.
• Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and other artifacts for quality and accuracy.
• Compare AI-generated responses based on financial soundness, regulatory compliance, and analytical rigor.
• Review cash flow oversight, budgeting, pricing decisions, and financial reporting; provide expert feedback.
