Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain in writing what looked wrong, all on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include ranking responses, evaluating visual and audio fidelity, and providing clear, evidence-based explanations. This is a flexible, freelance opportunity with pay varying by project and expertise.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations in natural conversation.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and rating how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt more closely.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio misalignment.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a concise English explanation of what was observed.
