Ethos is seeking a director of exhibitions to assist an AI lab by training language models on professional document work. This remote, part-time role requires 4+ years in museums, galleries, or humanities settings to create and refine AI-generated essays, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.

The position offers flexible hours (5-20 per week or more) with compensation at $70/hour, start ASAP, and fully remote scheduling to fit your stance and time zone.

Formación

• 4+ years working in a museum, gallery, cultural institution, arts nonprofit, or academic humanities setting producing scholarly or public-facing written material.
• Demonstrated command of art-historical, literary, or cultural research methods and the ability to translate scholarship into clear, board- or public-ready writing.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop exhibition catalog essays, cultural funding applications, collection provenance spreadsheets, donor briefing decks, public programming outlines, and artist biographical profiles.
