Job Responsibilities

• Implement solutions using AI-assisted development techniques directly into team codebases.
• Understand and navigate diverse technical domains to provide high-impact assistance.
• Identify strategic opportunities for AI-augmented development.
• Evaluate and recommend AI coding tools and platforms.
• Establish guidelines for AI coding assistant usage, including prompt engineering, code quality, security, and workflow integration.
• Develop monitoring and governance frameworks for AI tool usage.
• Mentor engineers on AI prompt engineering and workflow strategies.
• Quantify and showcase productivity improvements and success stories.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience and passion for using AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, OpenAI models).
• Strong expertise in .NET and React development.
• Solid experience with cloud architectures, preferably Azure.
• Advanced prompt engineering skills with large language models.
• Ability to analyze and contribute to unfamiliar codebases rapidly.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and leadership audiences.
• Proven track record in technology evangelism and continuous learning.
• Experience with modern development practices and tools.
