We seek a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer to leverage cutting-edge AI coding assistants to accelerate engineering initiatives across our enterprise software organization. This hands-on role requires strong development skills and AI tool expertise to deliver immediate value and drive adoption. Positioned at the intersection of Engineering, Architecture, and AI technology, this strategic role will help shape our company's future technical direction.

Job Responsibilities

• Contribute to team codebases by implementing solutions using AI-assisted development techniques
• Understand and navigate diverse technical domains for high-impact assistance
• Identify strategic opportunities for AI-augmented development
• Evaluate and recommend AI coding tools and platforms
• Establish guidelines for AI coding assistant usage, including prompt engineering, code quality, security standards, and workflow integration
• Develop monitoring and governance frameworks for AI tool usage
• Mentor engineers on AI prompt engineering and workflow integration
• Quantify and showcase productivity improvements and success stories

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience and passion for using AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Anthropic's Claude, OpenAI models)
• Strong .NET and React development expertise
• Solid experience with cloud-based architectures (Azure preferred)
• Advanced prompt engineering skills with large language models
• Ability to analyze and contribute to unfamiliar codebases rapidly
• Excellent communication skills for technical concepts and leadership presentations
• Proven track record of technology evangelism and continuous learning
• Experience with modern development practices and toolchains
