We're seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer to leverage cutting-edge AI coding assistants to accelerate and enhance engineering initiatives across our enterprise software organization. This role requires strong development skills and AI tool expertise to deliver immediate value and drive adoption. Positioned at the intersection of Engineering, Architecture, and AI technology, this strategic role will help shape our company's future technical direction. You'll combine code, AI tools, and architectural patterns into robust software solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Contribute to team codebases by implementing solutions using AI-assisted development techniques
• Understand and navigate diverse technical domains to provide high-impact assistance
• Identify strategic opportunities for AI-augmented development
• Evaluate and recommend AI coding tools and platforms
• Establish guidelines for AI coding assistant usage, including prompt engineering, code quality, security, and workflow integration
• Develop monitoring and governance frameworks for AI tool usage
• Mentor engineers on prompt engineering and workflow strategies
• Quantify and showcase productivity improvements and success stories

Minimum Requirements

• Experience and passion for using AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Anthropic's Claude, OpenAI's models)
• Strong .NET and React development expertise
• Solid experience with cloud architectures, preferably Azure
• Advanced prompt engineering skills with large language models
• Ability to analyze and contribute to unfamiliar codebases quickly
• Excellent communication skills for technical concepts and leadership presentations
• Proven track record of technology evangelism and continuous learning
• Experience with modern development practices and tools
