Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will role-play live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Contributors help shape AI reasoning and performance, with opportunities to earn and access leading LLMs. Remote work, flexible hours, weekly payments, and global eligibility are offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and careful listening.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet in realistic conversations.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to assess adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs at micro level to spot distortions, glitches, or misalignment.
• Writing specific English explanations pointing to observed issues.
