Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Rates vary based on expertise and project requirements, with weekly payments via ACH, PayPal and AirTM. Work the hours you want, from home or while traveling.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfortable with natural, everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor’s degree or above is nice to have.
• Able to think quickly and explain decisions in a natural, conversational way.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or misalignment, and describe them in English.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing specific explanations of what was seen.
