ZoomInfo is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own Person Data outcomes end to end and to build the AI evaluation discipline the whole team will run on. Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience owning data products at scale.
• Hands-on with data pipelines and understanding records movement end-to-end.
• Direct experience with entity resolution, matching systems, and canonical IDs.

Responsibilities

• Own Person Data end to end, including strategy and roadmap.
• Build and run the AI evaluation engine with gates and thresholds.
• Lead the pivot from rules to agents and retire legacy logic.
• Decide where AI or classical tooling fits in the pipeline with cost and latency trade-offs.
• Tackle entity resolution with canonical identity and match confidence.
• Own privacy roadmap for person data in partnership with Legal and Privacy.
• Prototype adjudication agents alongside AI engineers and data scientists.
• Represent the roadmap to product and data leadership.
