Job summary

Lenovo is seeking an experienced Engineer to own and administer the AI Enterprise Engineering toolset. You will manage GitHub Enterprise Server, GitHub Actions, Cursor, Linear, Slack and Notion, provisioning users, configuring access, and ensuring seamless integration across systems.

You will onboard new hires, create training content, and maintain vendor relationships with security and legal partners. The role requires 8+ years of hands-on enterprise tooling experience, strong administration of

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience.
Experience administering GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Actions.
Experience with AI-assisted coding tools, project tracking and collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

Administer and support the enterprise tools stack used by the AI Enterprise Engineering organization.
Provision/deprovision users, configure org-level settings and manage access as teams scale.
Integrate and automate toolchains across GitHub, Linear, Slack, Notion and other systems.
Onboard hires, create training materials and run enablement sessions.
Manage vendor relationships, renewals and support escalations; coordinate with security/legal.
