5+ years of experience in enterprise AI & data science.
3+ years of experience managing ML engineering teams.
Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions driven by data-insights.
Strong understanding of modern software architecture, cloud technologies, agents and AI pipelines.

Responsibilities

Build and lead a team of software, data, security, ML, and MLOps engineers.
Own the technical strategy and roadmap for intelligent support solutions delivered in your team.
Drive development of agentic and AI solutions balancing break-through innovation with value.
Ensure solutions meet enterprise security, compliance, and availability standards.
Collaborate with Customer Support leadership to understand and address operational needs.
Manage stakeholder relationships across the support organization.
Establish ML engineering best practices, code quality standards, and development processes.
Report on progress and priorities to senior leadership.
