Micron Technology in Boise, ID seeks a SOX Program Manager to oversee IT General Controls (ITGCs), automated controls, key reports, application controls, and SOX governance. You will lead risk-based control optimization, remediation governance, testing readiness, and executive reporting while aligning with evolving processes and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in SOX compliance, IT Audit, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading enterprise SOX programs in large organizations.
• Strong knowledge of ITGCs, SoD, and control testing.
• Experience with external audits and remediation governance.
• Familiarity with ERP environments and control automation.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the enterprise SOX compliance program and controls.
• Establish governance for planning, risk assessment, and testing.
• Oversee ITGCs, automated controls, reports, and access controls.
• Coordinate testing with Internal/External Audit and Finance.
• Drive remediation governance and executive reporting.
