Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Lead, SOX Program Strategy & Audit Excellence to bridge risk management, audit execution, and technology. You will own AI SOX governance and IT general controls, coordinating with Finance, Accounting and Tech stakeholders to ensure strong financial reporting integrity and scalable controls across IT and AI environments.

The role requires 7+ years in IT risk/SOX, Big 4, and a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant work experience in Big 4 public accounting, risk consulting and/or SOX with emphasis on IT and technology risk.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent; certifications preferred (CISA/CIA/CISSP/CPA).
• Deep expertise in ITGCs, automated and application controls, and PCAOB/COSO frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary SOX liaison to Intuit's Technology organization to drive scalable ITGCs and automated controls across IT and AI environments.
• Own and operationalize AI SOX Governance Framework including risk classification, lifecycle governance and control standards.
• Evaluate design and operating effectiveness of controls across technology, AI, and data environments; provide actionable recommendations.
