Job summary

Itaú USA is seeking an Investment Allocation Specialist to combine investment expertise with data analytics and technology to translate market, portfolio, and client data into scalable, actionable intelligence for thousands of portfolios.

You will build analytics, dashboards, and tools to support allocation decisions, client engagement, and growth while collaborating with investment strategists, commercial teams, and technology partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field; CFA preferred.
3–5+ years in investment management, asset allocation, or portfolio analysis.
Strong Python and SQL programming; VBA and advanced Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

Monitor portfolio holdings and market developments to generate actionable investment insights.
Identify opportunities and provide data-driven insights to support commercial teams and client engagement.
Partner with strategists and product specialists to develop and implement allocation ideas.
Develop scalable analytics and tools translating investment views into personalized portfolio recommendations.
Lead automation of the investment recommendation process using data analytics, quantitative methods, and AI.
Build dashboards, reports, and analytical frameworks to enhance portfolio oversight and decision-making.
