Job summary

Itau US is seeking an Investment Allocation Specialist to translate investment views into scalable portfolio tools and client recommendations. You will build analytics, dashboards, and automation to support thousands of portfolios.

You will partner with strategists, product, technology, and commercial teams to deliver data‑driven insights, monitor holdings, and enable scalable decision‑making across the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in investment management, asset allocation, or portfolio analysis.
• Strong knowledge of portfolio construction, financial markets, risk modeling, and performance attribution.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; VBA and advanced Excel.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor portfolio holdings, market developments, and client activity to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
• Identify investment opportunities and provide data-driven insights to support commercial teams and client engagement.
• Partner with strategists and product specialists to develop and implement allocation ideas.
• Develop scalable analytics and tools translating investment views into personalized portfolio recommendations.
• Lead initiatives to automate investment recommendation processes using data analytics and AI.
• Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to enhance portfolio oversight and decision-making at scale.
• Serve as a liaison between investment teams and commercial stakeholders.
• Prepare investment presentations and analytical materials for committees and clients.
