Job summary

Compassus, in partnership with OhioHealth at Home, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver patient-centered OT in home-based settings. The role integrates AI-powered documentation to improve accuracy and reduce after-hours workload, enabling you to focus on functional goals and independence for patients.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy with at least two years of acute care or rehabilitation experience, and an active OT license with BLS/AHA

Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered Occupational Therapist license in state(s) of employment
• NPI required within 30 days of hire
• BLS certification
• American Heart Association certification

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy sessions centered on patient functionality and goals
• Document therapy progress with AI support to reduce after-hours workload
• Deliver care with full attention and connection to patients
