OhioHealth at Home in partnership with Compassus is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for Home Health on a PRN basis. You will deliver patient-centered therapy focused on functional goals while leveraging AI-powered documentation tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

The role emphasizes hands-on patient care, reduced documentation burden through AI support, and a balance between professional responsibilities and personal time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy required.
• Two years of experience as a Occupational Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.
• Active and unencumbered Occupational Therapist license in state(s) of employment required.
• Required within 30 days of hire - National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy sessions centered on patient functionality and goals.
• Document therapy progress with the support of AI technology, reducing after-hours workload.
• Deliver care with full attention and connection to patients.
