Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy required.
• Two (2) years of experience as an Occupational Therapist in acute care or rehabilitation setting.
• Active and unencumbered OT license in states of employment required.
• BLS and American Heart Association certifications due within 30 days of hire.
