Job summary

Chamberlain Group is seeking a senior software engineering leader to own end-to-end real-time data serving infrastructure and LLM orchestration for intelligent, connected home experiences. You will manage a distributed engineering team across geographies and drive reliability, observability, and feature delivery at production scale.

The role requires strong hands-on fundamentals, coding in Python, and deep experience with real-time serving, LLM systems, and ML pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience with real-time serving infrastructure and production ML pipelines.
• Experience with LLM-powered or agentic systems and RAG or dialogue management.
• Experience managing distributed teams across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end engineering delivery of real-time data serving infrastructure.
• Drive reliability and scalability of the real-time model serving stack.
• Lead the agentic interface and LLM orchestration architecture.
• Own customer insight modeling pipeline and ML monitoring.
• Manage sprint cadence and cross-functional dependencies.
