Qualifications

• 10+ years in Data Science, ML, or Applied AI Engineering with 3+ years in team leadership.
• Hands-on with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and fine-tuning.
• Experience deploying, monitoring, and maintaining ML models in production.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Applied AI Engineers and Data Scientists.
• Oversee AI/ML lifecycle from development to production.
• Establish standards for AI engineering, MLOps, and production deployment.
• Develop solutions involving Generative AI, LLMs, and predictive analytics.
• Partner with BI and data teams to drive AI initiatives and business impact.
• Evaluate technologies and vendors to shape strategy and roadmap.
• Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals.
